La Tofana (Freccia nel Cielo) cable car is in Cortina D'Ampezzo. It has it's own parking area. The ride is in three stages and if you go to the top it costs 30 euro per person. At the ticket counter ask if the weather on top is clear, they have a webcam and can tell you what the conditions are. In summer it is open from 9am to 5pm.
